do i do custom pieces/commissions?yes!!!!! some of my favorite pieces have been custom work. all custom work starts off at $60. let me know your ideas!

how do i care for my purchase?
all my pottery is food and microwave safe unless stated otherwise. please hand wash your items! they can technically go in a dishwasher, but this ensures your purchase has the longest life. 

do you ship?
definitely! i ship anywhere within the states. if you'd like to ship elsewhere, please just let me know and we can work something out!

do you do pick-up/drop offs?
IF you are in the rockford/machesney/loves park/roscoe/rockton/belvidere/cherry valley/etc area! My studio is located in Downtown Rockford and we are open Friday evenings in the summer + by appointment. If you are within the mentioned limits I don't mind doing drop-offs either!

how do i get rid of my packaging?
i use fully recyclable packing paper for wrapping. any and all plastic and styrofoam received has been reused from previous packaging. I encourage you to reuse it, too!

what do i do if my package is delivered damaged?
please let me know as soon as you receive it! send me an email with pictures attached, and we can discuss options on how i can replace it for you.

what if my item breaks after i've received it?
it depends on the situation, truthfully. such is the nature of ceramics! shoot me an email or dm and we can discuss it. 

do you provide tracking info?
i don't usually because it's super time consuming but i can! just shoot me and email or message and i can send it over if you've first received the "shipped" email.
